Canon EOS Rebel T1i 15.1 MP CMOS Digital SLR Camera

Image : http://www.flickr.com

Professional (as well as aspiring professionals) photographers usually resort to single-lens reflex (SLR) cameras for greater control over the manual configurations. SLR cameras enable photographers to have almost complete control over the modes, features and configurations of their cameras to produce the best shot possible.

One of my all time favorite SLR cameras is the Canon EOS Rebel T1i 15.1 MP CMOS Digital SLR Camera. This new model comes with a wide range of features, many of which were previously only available on more expensive models. Here is a quick look at why the Canon EOS Rebel T1i 15.1 MP CMOS Digital Camera is a winner.

This model has a powerful 15.1MP sensor. This high resolution (together with the DIGIC 4 processor) enables the accurate and natural reproduction of colors on the picture taken. The 18-55mm lens that is included with this model does a pretty good job, but on high resolution, the 15.1MP sensor works best with the EF 70-200mm and other similar lenses.

Regardless of the camera, I am always very appreciative of a huge display. The Canon EOS Rebel T1i 15.1 MP CMOS Digital Camera has a large 3″ display that works like a dream. The surface of the display is anti-reflective, displaying crisp previews even under bright sunlight and dark lighting conditions (it has level of brightness adjustments).

This model is surprisingly light and feels pretty good on my grip. It has the same casing as the XSi model and is a little smaller compared to many other SLR cameras. The buttons are well placed and Canon camera users will have little trouble getting used to this model. This camera also records HD videos and can be easily connected to other devices (it comes with a HDMI port).

Looking For the Best Canon Digital Camera

Image : http://www.flickr.com

While learning photography, I owned a lot of digital cameras. The most recent camera I had a chance to test was the Canon Xsi, which is a light camera that does its work well. If you’re curious about this camera, read on. You’ll find out if this is the best Cannon digital camera or not.

You can buy this digital camera in a number of colors, from the sleek looking black to styles in two tones. You can buy any of them, depending on what you like. It’s a digital camera on the high end that comes together with a lot of features.

The Canon Xsi has a nice lens and it doesn’t weigh too much and it’s great for people that want something more traditional. It comes with a 3 inch LCD, that you can view properly even when there is too much light outside. The buttons of the camera are placed in a way that makes them easy to access by anyone.

The Xsi digital camera has 12 megapixels, insuring a great quality for photos taken with it. It also has a very good battery, which lets you take a lot of photos before it runs out of juice. You don’t have to worry that the battery will die on you right in the middle of your vacation.

This camera delivers great photos , at a good speed and with colors that are accurate. You might find that the camera‘s menu can be a bit confusing at first, at least until you learn it. It’s a camera that belongs to the high end, so it has plenty of features that need to be explored and learned.

When you’re out there and you see something worth shooting, you want to be able to do it as fast as possible, so you don’t lose the moment. The Xsi will take only a few seconds to start and be ready to take that photo. You can also use the sports mode, which takes 3 photos per second.

If you need to, you can also change the lens of the camera. The ability to change the lens will allow you to take better photos in certain situations.

When you want to learn to take photos better, you can buy the Cannon Xsi, and take advantage of all the great features it brings with it. It allows you to improve your skills, as you learn how to use its advanced modes. Plus, it’s a light camera that you can carry around with you anywhere you go. Is this the best Cannon digital camera? It is for me.

Camcorder Or Camera?

Image : http://www.flickr.com

There are many technological items on the market to make your life more convenient. Some specialize in allowing us to have a physical memento of a special occasion. Two common forms of this type of product that people may need to choose between are: a camera or camcorder. Each offer their own features and it may take some consideration before deciding which type of device to go with. Camcorders tend to offer more benefits to the user over time than a still photo camera does.

If you have to choose between purchasing a camera or camcorder, the reasons for a camcorder can show more advantages. Videos offer a much better and fulfilling viewing experience than still photographs. Once you have the video stored on a DVD, you are immediately able to share it with family and friends by placing it into a DVD player. If you use a hard drive, the memories can be uploaded to your computer, saved to a disc, and you are done. With a camera, you must have the photos printed out if you want a physical copy.

Having your memories saved in a video format allows you to capture the real sights and sounds of the special moment. If you have children, you know that a baby learning to take his first steps is a huge deal, particularly to the parents. You will want to be able to record the video of this accomplishment, rather than just snap still photos. This provides you with media that can be shared with those who were not present by allowing them to see the actual movements any time the video is played. It also allows you to relive those special memories over and over again.

Many camcorders have the option of allowing you to make still photos out of the recorded material. Since it can act as a stills and video camera all in one, there may be no need to purchase each separately. Once you have recorded the video, you may have to transfer it to your computer to create your photographs. However, some video cameras will allow you to create them on the camera itself. Learning all the different features of a camcorder is beneficial to helping you use it to its fullest ability.

Camcorders can be chosen over a regular camera for a number of reasons. Many people wish to archive the memory with the video and audio rather than just have a reminder printed out on a piece of paper. Also, it can be easier to use a camcorder, less hassle and more fulfilling. Additionally, since some video cameras have a feature that allows the user to take still photographs, the need for a digital camera can become obsolete if such a camcorder is owned, making the choice: camera or camcorder an easy one.

Benefits of a Cannon Camera Case

Image : http://www.flickr.com

Obviously the more you spend on a camera the more a case will cost but in reality that money is only a fraction of the cost of the camera itself so it really is worth the money spent. Cameras can range anywhere from $100 to $1000 where as the cases to store them in are typically purchased from around $20 to $50.

Most people today have a digital camera to capture important events and memories. A good quality camera without a case is just a waste of money. There are too many harsh elements and accidents that can prevent it from working properly and therefore shortening it’s lifespan. Typically one will last for about 5 years, but if not properly cared for and stored it may only last 1 year.

When buying a high end product like the PowerShot G11 by Canon, which retails for around $500, a camera case really is a wise purchase. This model takes great professional type digital pictures with the compact size of a point and shoot camera. This would be a great choice for someone who is interested in photography but not ready to start a business and purchase a $1000 camera. This would also be a great model for a family who cherishes photos of their children as it’s compact size would make it easy to take to the zoo or park.

Not only is it important for the high end cameras to have a case but also the smaller, less expensive ones need to be protected by a case. Cameras like the ELPH and A-Series are very affordable, but should still be taken care of properly. A case for this type of camera would retail for close to $20. Which is a very small price to pay compared to the protection you will be getting.

Canon SD780 Camera Review

Image : http://www.flickr.com

I spent a great amount of my time traveling, and I have visited many great places, and have not done justice to my personal book of memories, especially when friends and relatives ask for pictures from any recent trip. I tell them, I have none. They gasped in great surprise assuming that I would at least have lugged a camera with me when I traveled. Yes, they like to meet people in a very different way. And, I’d rather meet them in person and leave the memory at that.

So, it was time to get myself a compact camera, I just couldn’t find any cool ones before this until I stumbled upon a new edition by Canon (loving their camera creations off late!), the Canon SD780 Camera! Check it out in black!!

Just from a product design stand point, I quickly fell in love with the camera itself, solid build with a nice black finishing, and slides easily into your pocket boasting at 12.1 megapixel and going by the Power Shot series by Canon, it would stand a great chance being a hot seller. It sold me, that’s for sure!

Strikingly small and slim, fast and reliable auto focus with innovative features and optical image stabilization are the cool compact features for the Canon SD780 Camera and the new booster is the high definition movie capability (ability to capture 1280 x 720 pixel movies). Think YouTube.

Product Features

* 12.1-megapixel CCD captures enough detail for photo-quality poster-size prints

* 3x optical zoom lens with Optical Image Stabilizer

* HD movie shooting capability plus HDMI output

* 2.5-inch widescreen PureColor LCD II screen; Face Detection

* Compatible with SD/SDHC, MMC/MMC Plus/HC MMC Plus (not included)

Wide screen live view with simple button function layout proves to be a comfort for any user, the sleek design and simplicity induced is what is much needed to complete a great experience in photo taking. Not that you want to figure out how to use the camera and missing the great moment while you’re at it, now would you?

I took some time to look at some video reviews on YouTube on the Canon SD780 Camera and I found this to be giving the best overall overview to the camera, enjoy!

Don’t be a slave to your tripod. Make this simple stabilizer and see how much better you photos and video can be. Get professional results. This instructional video shows you how to build your own stabilizer in 5 minutes for less than $1. It is super light weight and folds up small enough to fit in your pocket. With this stabilizer, you can hand-hold your camera with shutter speeds at least 3 f-stops slower than without. It works just as well with video cameras.

Aerial Photography Genesis

Image : http://www.flickr.com

Check the oil. Check the fuel for impurities. Look over the fuselage for any irregularities. Look over the flaps and rudders to see that they are all attached and functioning properly. Check the landing gear. Climb into the plane and go down the list of items that must be checked prior to flight. “CLEAR” ignition! Awwwww yeah!

I love it. I simply love it. I can feel the adrenaline level increase as the carburetor starts to warm up while sitting on the tarmac. Headphones on. Listening for the latest weather report. Air traffic control buzzing through instructing another small plane coming in for a touch down. Its time. We taxi to the airfield. “Mid-valley Nancy 3812 Lima request permission to take of from runway 13 mid field” a brief pause…Nancy 3812 Lima you are cleared for take off.” Now the real butterflies hit my stomach” The wind is coming from the south east at about 16 knots so we have plenty of headwind to get a mid field take off. Seats locked thorough look around for any unknown air traffic and here we go. Throttle engage and we begin cruising down the run way. 30, 40, 50, then 60 MPH and we have enough for lift. That’s it…we’re flying! What a rush. Today we will be leaving Weslaco mid field and heading west towards Rio Grande City. Our destination is McAllen, Texas. We will fly over Donna, Pharr, San Juan, Alamo. At 2000 feet altitude we can clearly see Edinburg and Mission as well as Hidalgo Texas. The air is warm and the sky is clear. This should be a wonderful day for aerial Photography.
